You will oversee product quality management (design, development, manufacturing, and delivery). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong><strong> <u>Your responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. <u>Quality and Development:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and develop the technical team&#8217;s skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the customer&#8217;s quality requirements into account in consultation with the R&amp;D department and the sales team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and update <strong>customer specifications<\/strong>, ensuring that HACCP and regulatory requirements are incorporated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and track FEBEA files, ensuring that the information and quality documentation are in compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update internal specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and organize quality documentation related to new product launches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system and to risk management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with the development process, particularly by participating in project committees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take immediate action or issue an alert as soon as any deviations are detected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. <u>Production Quality:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement the necessary quality tools for production: Quality Management System<ul><li>Promote quality in Production: streamline the follow-up on action plans resulting from audits, change controls, and qualifications; monitor nonconformities and preventive\/corrective actions in Production<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Create \/ Verify Production Quality Documents<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Manage the list of internal and external documents for Production.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Conduct quality training sessions for the Production department<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halt production in the event of non-compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. <u>Quality System:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate the HSE quality management system with stakeholders (both internal and external), particularly through working groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and oversee regulatory compliance and monitor regulatory developments specific to the company\u2019s business lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, plan, and conduct internal and external audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and facilitate management reviews and provide all quality-related information for the past year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop HSE quality action plans, manage nonconformities, and verify the results of corrective and preventive actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approve internal documents related to new product launches (control range, measuring instruments)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propose, implement, and monitor the application of various procedures that ensure the quality of manufactured products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study and implement any changes to methods with a view to improving their efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the Client within the company in all areas of quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong> <u>Required Skills:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Techniques:<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of the work environment, the workshop, and the products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the Quality System and quality regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-Solving and Risk Analysis Tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, launch, and manage a complex project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master statistical analysis and the specified control techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard: ISO 9001 \u2013 (Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metrology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Management:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage in dialogue with and involve frontline staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to find appropriate solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-Functional Communication and Customer Focus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Personal:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analytical and synthesis skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curiosity, creativity, thoroughness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Commitment to Innovation and Industrial Performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong><strong> <u>Your profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You hold a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree with a specialization in quality and must have at least 5 years of experience in product quality, ideally in the cosmetics or food industry.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and dynamism, combined with your pragmatic approach, will all be key assets for success in this role.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You feel comfortable working on-site and enjoy collaborating with the various production teams.
