- WEBSITE AND SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Use of the ‘website’ implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of use below. These terms and conditions may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and ‘website’ users are therefore advised to read them on a regular basis.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, access to the website may be interrupted by the ‘owner’ for technical maintenance purposes, in which case the ‘owner’ will endeavour to give users prior notice of the dates and times of the interruption.
The ‘website’ is regularly updated by the ‘responsible publisher’. Similarly, the legal notices may be amended from time to time: however, they remain binding on users who are advised to refer to them as often as possible.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED
The ‘website’ provides information about all of the company’s activities.
The ‘owner’ makes every effort to ensure that information provided on the ‘website’ is as accurate as possible. However, the ‘owner’ shall not be liable for any omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update the information provided, whether due to the ‘owner’ itself or to third-party partners providing such information.

- CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO TECHNICAL DATA

The ‘website’ shall not be liable for any material damage caused by its use. In addition, website users agree to access the website using recent, virus-free hardware with an updated, latest-generation browser.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INFRINGEMENT
The ‘owner’ is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds rights of use in all the elements featured on the website, including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.
Any reproduction, public communication, modification, publication or adaptation of all or any part of the website elements, by any means or process, is prohibited, subject to obtaining the prior written permission of the ‘owner’.
Any unauthorised use of the website or of any of its elements shall be deemed an infringement giving rise to appropriate legal action in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The ‘owner’ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to a user’s hardware when accessing the ‘website’, either as a result of using hardware that does not meet the specifications in section 4, or caused by a bug or incompatibility.
The ‘owner’ shall not be liable for any consequential loss (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) caused by use of the ‘website’.
Interactive sections (possibility of asking questions in the contact section) are available to users. The ‘owner’ reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this section that contravenes legislation applicable in France, in particular provisions on data protection. Where applicable, the ‘owner’ also reserves the right to invoke the civil or criminal liability of a user, particularly in the event of any racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic message, on any medium (text, photographs, etc.).
- PERSONAL DATA
In France, personal data are protected by Act No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
Use of the ‘website’ may result in the collection of: the URL of links used to access the ‘website’, as well as the internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address of users.
In any event, the ‘owner’ only collects users’ personal data in order to provide certain services via the ‘website’. Users provide this information with full knowledge, particularly when they enter it themselves. In this case, ‘website’ users are informed whether the information is mandatory or not.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, all users have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of any personal data concerning them, by sending a signed, written request with a copy of a signed ID document and a return address for the response.
No personal data of ‘website’ users will be published without their knowledge, and no data will be exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the takeover of the ‘owner’ and its rights would allow the aforementioned data to be transferred to a buyer who would in turn have the same obligations to ‘website’ users regarding the retention and modification of their data.
Databases are protected by the provisions of the French Act of 1 July 1998 transposing EU Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
- HYPERLINKS AND COOKIES
The ‘website’ contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites that are included with the authorisation of the ‘owner’. However, the ‘owner’ is not able to verify the content of websites accessed via these hyperlinks, and consequently accepts no liability in this respect.
When browsing the ‘website’, cookies may be installed on user computers. A cookie is a small file which does not identify the user, but which saves data relating to computer browsing on a website. Data obtained in this way is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing on the website and to measure the website audience.

Set the secure storage rules: use customs settings for history. Finally, uncheck it to inhibit cookies. - In Safari: Click on the menu icon (gear icon) in the upper right corner of the browser. Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on Content settings. You can block cookies in the “Cookies” section.
- In Chrome: In the upper right corner of the browser, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on preferences. You can block cookies in the “Privacy” tab.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the ‘ website’ shall be subject to French law and the competent courts in Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
