Bottomless blockforms
Medicos Food offers a wide range of bottomless molds and mold blocks for cheese that requires no pressing (natural gravity drainage).
All our products are made from certified food-grade polypropylene. The assembly of components is done through welding. Coloration is available. Designed according to client needs, they are adapted to the manufacturing process, using existing cavity models or new injection molds. The assembly of components (cavities – framing bars) is achieved through polyfusion.
