We are looking for a maintenance manager to join our team. Reporting to the production manager, you will be responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of the automated production lines, with a particular focus on robotics, and for managing the company’s maintenance department.
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the production manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and its surrounding environment (injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, robots, assembly machines, MAC machines, and the facility)
- Plan the tasks to be completed
- Schedule machine downtime with the Production Manager for maintenance
- Improving Preventive Maintenance of Equipment
- Respond to equipment emergencies
- Monitor and track the procurement of spare parts needed to maintain equipment (machines and peripherals)
- Monitor production metrics and implement preventive and corrective actions
Required qualifications for the position:
- Have technical training in maintenance
- Be familiar with the production tools used in the plastics industry (robots, presses, specialized machines)
- Learn About Hot-Stamping Machines (MAC)
- Proficiency with DEMAG presses, SEPRO robots, and 6-axis robots is a plus.
- Have had a successful first experience in a similar position
- Have skills in diagnosing and solving technical problems
- Are you thorough and organized in your work?
- Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
Your profile:
- BTS Maintenance
- Have significant experience (at least 10 years)
- Diligence, organization, and independence.
