We are looking for a technician to join our team. Reporting to the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production lines, with a particular focus on robotics.
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the maintenance manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all production equipment (injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, robots, assembly machines, and MAC machines)
- Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that completed tasks are reported through the CMMS software and that the movements of spare parts are tracked.
Required qualifications for the position:
- Have technical training in maintenance
- Be familiar with the production tools used in the plastics industry (robots, presses, specialized machines)
- Learn About Hot-Stamping Machines (MAC)
- Proficiency with DEMAG presses, SEPRO robots, and 6-axis robots is a plus.
- Have had a successful first experience in a similar position
- Have skills in diagnosing and solving technical problems
- Are you thorough and organized in your work?
- Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
Your profile:
- BTS Maintenance
- Have significant experience (at least 3 years)
- Diligence, organization, and independence.
